It was a real pleasure to host the PropTech & Smart Cities category — and huge congratulations to Last Mile Semiconductor for taking the win. A special thank you to E-Lin Tan for joining us on stage. We had the opportunity to showcase our real success story between BSH Home Appliances Group and United Share GmbH out of the ecosystem around WLounge. Beyond the spotlight: great conversations with founders, investors, corporates, and builders — all genuinely committed to building and scaling real technology.
In a pleasant atmosphere at the Bosch All-in+ booth, we reflected on the successful cooperation between United Share GmbH and All-in+ and discussed next steps. This partnership is already a success: together we have achieved measurable CO₂ savings in Power Tools and Home Appliances. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lyght Living and Daniel Ishikawa as further potential partners. A key priority ahead: the integration of Bosch Smart Home solutions into the UnitedShare app — securing additional CO₂ savings while providing innovative functions for connected living.
At Polis Convention 2025 at Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf, we presented UnitedShare BIM — our IFC-based Building Information Modeling platform for the AECO industry. The convention brought together the real estate, architecture, and urban development community for two days of innovation, networking, and forward-thinking discussions about the future of smart cities and sustainable construction. A great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and showcase how our BIM platform is transforming digital building processes.
Day 1: Our panel was a blast — sharing the stage with Dominik Campanella (Concular) and Jens Bredler (arcneo). Day 2: Pitching at GREENTECH FESTIVAL, followed by attending GITEX EUROPE with the support of the EIC — European Innovation Council. UnitedShare presented its BIM solution at IFA Berlin 2024 with its own booth in Hall H27. The focus: turning tenants into energy savers. Our platform connects smart meters for electricity and water in apartments and stairwells, rewarding sustainable behavior with real incentives. Visitors experienced live demos of the UnitedShare App — featuring energy dashboards, CO₂ footprint tracking, community chat, and a rewards system that makes saving energy tangible. A highlight: our panel on "Smart Cities and Sustainable Real Estate" alongside partners from Bosch and the ESG ecosystem.

Under this program, private investors who acquire newly issued shares in UnitedShare can apply for a venture capital subsidy from the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). This is an important milestone for our investment readiness and a strong signal for potential investors.
UnitedShare received the official R&D certification under § 6 FZulG for its research and development project: "Development of an innovative tenant-oriented platform with sustainable incentive offerings for achieving energy savings in real estate." This confirms that UnitedShare's core technology meets the requirements for experimental development under German R&D tax credit law.
