This partnership is already a success: together we have achieved measurable CO₂ savings in Power Tools and Home Appliances. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lyght Living and Daniel Ishikawa as further potential partners. A key priority ahead: the integration of Bosch Smart Home solutions into the UnitedShare app — securing additional CO₂ savings while providing innovative functions for connected living. In angenehmer Atmosphäre am Bosch All-in+ Stand haben wir die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zwischen United Share GmbH und All-in+ reflektiert und nächste Schritte besprochen. Diese Partnerschaft ist bereits ein Erfolg: Gemeinsam haben wir messbare CO₂-Einsparungen bei Power Tools und Home Appliances erzielt. At Polis Convention 2025 at Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf, we presented UnitedShare BIM — our IFC-based Building Information Modeling platform for the AECO industry. The convention brought together the real estate, architecture, and urban development community for two days of innovation, networking, and forward-thinking discussions about the future of smart cities and sustainable construction. A great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and showcase how our BIM platform is transforming digital building processes. Auf der Polis Convention 2025 im Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf haben wir UnitedShare BIM präsentiert — unsere IFC-basierte Building Information Modeling Plattform für die AECO-Branche. Die Convention brachte die Immobilien-, Architektur- und Stadtentwicklungs-Community für zwei Tage zusammen — Innovation, Networking und zukunftsweisende Diskussionen über Smart Cities und nachhaltiges Bauen. Visitors experienced live demos of the UnitedShare App — featuring energy dashboards, CO₂ footprint tracking, community chat, and a rewards system that makes saving energy tangible. A highlight: our panel on “Smart Cities and Sustainable Real Estate” alongside partners from Bosch and the ESG ecosystem. UnitedShare präsentierte seine BIM-Lösung auf der IFA Berlin 2024 mit eigenem Stand in Halle H27. Der Fokus: Mieter zu Energiesparern machen. Unsere Plattform verbindet Strom- und Wasserzähler in Wohnung und Treppenhaus und belohnt nachhaltiges Verhalten mit echten Anreizen. Besucher erlebten Live-Demos der UnitedShare App — mit Energie-Dashboards, CO₂-Fußabdruck-Tracking, Community-Chat und einem Belohnungssystem, das Energiesparen greifbar macht. INVEST — UnitedShare Approved for Venture Capital Subsidy INVEST — UnitedShare förderfähig für Wagniskapital-Zuschuss

UnitedShare GmbH has been approved as eligible under the INVEST program of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). Under this program, private investors who acquire newly issued shares in UnitedShare can apply for a venture capital subsidy from the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). This is an important milestone for our investment readiness and a strong signal for potential investors. Die UnitedShare GmbH wurde im Rahmen des INVEST-Programms des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK) als förderfähig anerkannt. Private Investoren, die sich durch den Erwerb neu ausgegebener Geschäftsanteile an UnitedShare beteiligen, können beim Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) einen Zuschuss für Wagniskapital beantragen. Ein wichtiger Meilenstein für unsere Investitionsbereitschaft und ein starkes Signal für potenzielle Investoren.

UnitedShare received the official R&D certification under § 6 FZulG for its research and development project: “Development of an innovative tenant-oriented platform with sustainable incentive offerings for achieving energy savings in real estate.” This confirms that UnitedShare’s core technology meets the requirements for experimental development under German R&D tax credit law. UnitedShare hat die offizielle Bescheinigung nach § 6 FZulG für ihr Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvorhaben erhalten: „Entwicklung einer innovativen mieterorientierten Plattform mit nachhaltigen Anreizangeboten zur Schaffung von Energieeinsparungen in Immobilien.“ Dies bestätigt, dass die Kerntechnologie von UnitedShare die Voraussetzungen für experimentelle Entwicklung nach dem Forschungszulagengesetz erfüllt.

UnitedShare is listed in the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) project database. The pilot project (16-unit residential building, built 2003) achieved remarkable results: 25% gas reduction (45,496 kWh/year), 62% lower CO₂ tax for landlords, 15% increase in property value, and 100% of tenants rated UnitedShare as added value. UnitedShare ist in der Projektdatenbank der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) gelistet. Das Pilotprojekt (16-Einheiten Mehrparteienhaus, Baujahr 2003) erzielte bemerkenswerte Ergebnisse: 25% Gas-Minderverbrauch (45.496 kWh/Jahr), 62% niedrigere CO₂-Steuer für Vermieter, 15% Wertsteigerung der Immobilie und 100% der Mieter empfanden UnitedShare als Mehrwert.
